1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website operated by Voice for Israel, Inc., doing business as Beit Am (“Beit Am,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including event registration, payments, donations, and participation in programs and events.
By accessing the website, registering for an event, or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or its services.
2. Organizational Information
Voice for Israel, Inc. d/b/a Beit Am is a nonprofit organization operating in the State of North Carolina. Beit Am serves as a community hub for Israelis living in the Triangle area, with the purpose of fostering connection, strengthening community identity, and supporting community-based initiatives.
Beit Am provides programs and activities focused on Israeli and Jewish culture, education, identity, and Hebrew language preservation. The organization collaborates with the broader American Jewish community and engages in partnerships and joint programming with local and international Jewish and Israeli communities. Governance and programming are informed by community participation and volunteer leadership.
3. Eligibility & Minors

Registration is not confirmed until payment (if applicable) is successfully processed.

Events may have limited capacity and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Beit Am reserves the right to modify event details, deny participation, or cancel registrations at its discretion.
5. Payments & Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, including Wix Payments and its service providers.

Beit Am does not store full credit card or payment information.

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

By submitting payment, you authorize Beit Am and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

Event registration fees are non-refundable.

If Beit Am cancels an event, registrants may receive a refund or credit toward a future event, at Beit Am’s discretion.

Failure to attend an event does not entitle the registrant to a refund.

Registration fees may be treated as contributions supporting Beit Am’s nonprofit activities.
Any event-specific refund terms will be disclosed on the event registration page.
7. Donations

Donations made through the website are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated.

Donation receipts will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
8. Code of Conduct
